We recommend booking at least 24 hours ahead to guarantee availability. For airport pickups, 48 hours is ideal so we can confirm your flight details. Last-minute requests are welcome but subject to availability — WhatsApp us and we'll do our best.

We meet arriving passengers at Parking Lot 3 at Kotoka International Airport (KIA) — the designated private pickup area. We'll be waiting with a name sign so you can spot us immediately after clearing arrivals. We'll confirm the exact meeting point when you book.

We track your flight in real time and adjust our arrival accordingly. You do not need to call us if your flight is delayed — we'll already know. Just stay calm and we'll be there when you land.

Prices are fixed and agreed with you before your journey — no meter, no surge pricing. The fare depends on the route and any specific requirements. We'll give you a clear price when you enquire. What we quote is what you pay.

Our Toyota Voxy seats up to 6 passengers comfortably, plus luggage. For groups larger than 6, we can discuss options — please get in touch via WhatsApp to discuss your requirements.

At this time we operate exclusively within Greater Accra. We do not offer inter-city or national transfers. This allows us to deliver the punctual, reliable service our clients expect.

Payment details are discussed and agreed when you confirm your booking via WhatsApp. We'll be clear about accepted payment methods at that point.
